Valkyrie Strategic Partners, founded in February, 2015 by Rob Fulton, brings over 30 years of demonstrated success in aerospace engineering/program management and business development with Orbital & Lockheed to provide independent strategic pursuit guidance and program management support to customers. 


​​Valkyrie Strategic Partners is named for the 1960’s XB-70 strategic bomber, flown by my late uncle, Fitz Fulton, & supported by NASA/LaRC, where my late father, Robert E. (Bob) Fulton, fostered my early interest in aerospace.
